I’m a biopsychology-informed therapist who works with high-functioning humans who are totally fried underneath it all.

No two nervous systems tell the same story.
You’ve lived your life. Your experiences, your environment, your relationships — they’ve all shaped how your body learned to survive. I don’t believe in slapping labels on you and calling it a day. You’re not your diagnosis. You’re a human with a brilliant, adaptive system that’s been doing its best to keep you safe — even if it’s stuck in overdrive.
I work with all humans. If you’re LGBTQIA+, navigating polyamory, or belong to any marginalized community — you belong here. This is inclusive, affirming care where you don’t have to explain your identity before we can start your healing work. You show up exactly as you are. I meet you there. ✌️
