No two nervous systems tell the same story.
You’ve lived your life. Your experiences, your environment, your relationships, they’ve all shaped how your body learned to survive. I don’t believe in slapping labels on you and calling it a day. You’re not your diagnosis. You’re a human with a brilliant, adaptive system that’s been doing its best to keep you safe, even if it’s stuck in overdrive.
I work with all humans. If you’re LGBTQIA+, navigating polyamory, or belong to any marginalized community, you belong here. This is inclusive, affirming care where you don’t have to explain your identity before we can start your healing work. You show up exactly as you are. I meet you there.
